The Victory International Film Festival invites filmmakers and film lovers to experience the magic of cinema in the vibrant heart of Evansville, Indiana from September 11th – 13th. This festival is a celebration of creativity, community, and storytelling from around the globe, offering a unique platform for independent voices to shine.

With $2,500 in cash prizes, this event contributes to the enrichment of local arts. Dive into inspiring workshops, captivating screenings, and vibrant networking opportunities designed to connect and empower filmmakers, students, and enthusiasts.

The Victory Theatre is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been a part of Evansville’s history for nearly 100 years. Opened in 1921, the theatre was home to vaudeville entertainment before transitioning to a movie theatre. After closing its doors in 1992, the Victory was renovated as a 1,900-seat, multi-purpose venue and reopened in 1999. Learn more about the Victory Theatre at its official website.
